I just wanted to say a very massive thank you, once again, to everyone at tyre city in Huddersfield. I have been a customer of theirs for 2 years now, and I will only go to them now for literally any concerns about my car; let alone tyres!

Gully at the foleshill Road branch told me “ f *ck you, I’m not f* cking serving you if your gonna be funny with Me because I couldn’t give my work number, I literally do not know my work telephone number as I was trying to explain to him, ended up leaving with a nail in my tire and it was completely flat, waste of time making an appointment, poor service, don’t know how this guy is left to deal with customers he has zero people skills

Delighted with the efficient and professional manner in which our car’s brake pads and discs were replaced by the two Liams at the Forfar branch of Tyre City today - booked in yesterday afternoon, work assessed first thing today and back on the road by lunchtime. Great work!

I went there yesterday as I had a nail in my tyre to be told that they wouldn’t replace one they would have to replace all four at a cost of £645 due to it being a four by four car. Had no budgets in stock only premium tyres. Then told one of my back tyres needs to be done as it was going bald and cracking. Only to go to Ablefit for another opinion to pay £69 one tyre and was told all other tyres were fine!

Tyre City Coventry, behind Halfords off the Foleshill Road is a 5 star to me. I was treated with the utmost courtesy and respect by the Supervisor (Gurlip) and he went above and beyond to assist me. His customer skills are a delight to see at 1st hand as nothing was too much trouble for him and his team. This is a place I will most certainly come back to.

I telephoned ahead and after providing the relevant details I was advised the tyres would need to be ordered and be ready for fitting around 1pm. I arrived at the centre around 1.20 and spoke with Mike. Mike stated that the tyres hadn’t arrived and after I mentioned our earlier conversation he denied providing me with a time. Things get delayed I get that completely but I’m not going to do business with dishonest individuals.

I can’t speak highly enough of the team at Tyre City in Lichfield.
I turned up for a puncture repair but unfortunately Tyre City didn’t have the tyre I needed in stock.
But what they did do is look after me and supply me with help and support the whole way through, whilst I waited for a Recovery Vehicle to turn up.
Nothing was too much trouble they rang ahead and ordered the tyre for the following day. Thank you guys.

I very rarely write reviews but recently I have had such exceptional service from Tyre City in Caversham I wanted to share the experience. Whether it's an MOT, new tyres or an ad-hoc fix (all of which I've had in the last 2 months) they go above and beyond. Every single member of staff is polite, friendly and knows what they're doing. They are not pushy but will give you options which I like. I will use them whenever I need their type of services - no need to go elsewhere. Really impressed.

While driving home one Friday afternoon recently approaching Bromsgrove at about 5 pm, my exhaust blew. I managed to reach Tyre City in Bromsgrove by 5 10pm and asked for help with no expectations knowing that they closed at 6. A new exhaust had to be brought from the supplier which they sent with a man on his way home..The part was fixed and I was on my way by 5 50pm. I was amazed and absolutely over the moon by this fantastic and quick service.

Like anyone else I have had enough bad experience with mechanics and doctors! but today met a guy named Dan in Sutton Tyre city branch who was genuinely awesome. He was direct, simple and very kind. I had to changed my tyres as soon as possible and was stressed by someone else but he came to the rescue with smile on his face all time. He helped me with the price as well by taking out unnecessary services and charges.

They had to order my new tyre so put my spare on for me all the staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough to help they definitely go above and beyond jordon , Danny and Stu and Steve thank you for the great service would highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great service today from Tyre City Wakefield. Luke and Owen, both provided me with a quick and efficient service. They took extra care whilst changing my tyres this morning and should be congratulated for their professional and considerate service, topping up my screen wash and cleaning both mating surfaces on each of the 4 wheel hubs on my A4 Avant, before refitting the wheels, thank you both for going the extra mile. Highly recommended.

Whilst driving to get to our holiday in Cornwall, we experienced excessive road noise as we approached Cheltenham. Fortunately, we found Tyre City and the guys quickly diagnosed a faulty wheel bearing. The hub nut was also loose! The team managed to source a new part and get us back on the road in the 2 hours promised. Impressive service for a Saturday.

I want to thank Chris Whyte and his team at Forfar Tyre City for all their help and patience waiting for me to deliver a new wheel and then fit a new tyre on my CLS 4matic MB.
